Fonts can be altered or changed as well as colors, please indicate any change preferences in the design detail section. Appliqué Fabrics may be different depending on stock.
Appliqués work on any color/patterned garment.
Sketch Designs work best on white or light colored garments.

How Can I Discuss Custom Embroidery Options?
I want to be as hands on as possible, so feel free to DM @km_kreations on Instagram if you have any questions or special requests. You can send me screen shots and I will do my best to accommodate your requests!
What if I don't know What Design I Want on My Items?
You can always put TBD inside each box (it requires something to put the item in the cart). IF YOU PUT TBD, please be aware that I will work on items in the order I receive them and I skip over the orders if I do not know your design choices. It is much faster for me to complete your items if I know your design choices ahead of time. The best option would be for you to put TBD during the order and then DM @km_kreations your design choices as soon as you know (before the items arrive!)
Can I pickup if I live in Northwest Arkansas?
Yes! Free Local Pickup is an option at checkout. Once your item is complete, you will receive an email that it is ready for pickup with instructions on where to find your item!
Does KM Kreation Embroidery Ship?
Yes! All shipping is a flat rate of $5 or $7, but if you spend $150 you will automatically receive Free Shipping. All items are shipped vis USPS or UPS.
What Does Rush Fee Mean?
If you choose the Rush Fee option, this option will move you up to the top of my list, however, if your item is personalized, please understand that not all items are always in stock and I am a busy momma with 2 boys who will always come first. It is absolutely best to contact me via instagram @km_kreations to ask a turn around time for the RUSH option. My goal is to have your items in the mail within 1 week of the order being placed and I try to contact you if there is an issue!
What is a Preorder?
KM Kreation is a 1 woman show that I run out of my home. I do not have room to store massive amounts of inventory, so I typically do preorders. Preorders are not items I have in stock and most are run a season before the item is expected. I ALWAYS indicate under the listing when the items are expected to be completed. Preorder items are also very obviously labeled as a PREORDER.
What Happens if I Order an In-Stock Item with a Preorder Item?
Both items will not ship until the Preorder Item is completed. If you need an in-stock item sooner, please make sure and place 2 separate orders.
What if I have an Open Order and I Place a Second Order, Can you Combine the Orders to Save on Shipping?
I can combine orders only if you 1. don't mind both orders shipping at the same time and 2. Notify me before placing the order to confirm it will be possible. I will then send you a free ship code.
What is Your Current Turn Around Time?
My current turn around time will always be listed on the banner at the top of the website. If an item says Preorder, please note the ETA for that item in the item description. If you order items with a preorder item, all items will ship once the preorder is complete. The turn around time does not include shipping. I can only guarantee that it will be delivered to the post office by the turn around time.

How Long Do I Have to Pay My Invoice?

If you have any problems regarding an item you have received, please make sure to contact me within 2 weeks of receiving the item to determine a solution for the issue.

PLEASE TURN CLOTHES INSIDE OUT TO WASH AND HANG DRY FOR BEST RESULTS. MOST KNIT OR 100% COTTON WILL SHRINK WHEN DRIED. USE WARM IRON TO TAKE ANY WRINKLES AWAY FROM DESIGN.
